Seven-up Bottling Company has donated three classrooms to Dangwauro community of Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano State as part of its corporate social responsibility programmes.
Speaking during the handing over ceremony of the building, the company’s general manager, Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu, said the company resolved to donate the structure after series of discussion with the leaders of the host community.
He added: “During our meetings with the leaders of host community, they indicated their interest in having a befitting learning structure for their teeming number of children. Hence, the company built and donated the classes.”
