Three Nigerian students scheduled to attend a conference in Seoul this
week have been asked not to come by the event organizers after a man who
flew into
#Nigeria came down with the deadly
#Ebola virus.
Duksung Women’s University, which is co-hosting the event in South Korea
with the United Nations, said in a statement that after it confirmed
the Ebola case in Nigeria it “politely withdrew” its invitation to the
students.
About 25 students from other African countries that haven’t reported cases of Ebola would still attend the event.
On Monday, the government said it will review expanding the travel
warning to other countries after monitoring developments in the spread
of the virus.
