College of Education, Azare, Bauchi State has graduated its first set of degree students since the introduction of undergraduate studies in the institution.
The Provost of the college, Dr. Abdullahi Mohammed Isiaku who disclosed this to journalists in Bauchi said that six of the graduates were awarded First Class, 76 with Second Class (Upper Division) while 58 others graduated with lower credit.
According to the provost, since the introduction of the school, there has been gradual shift in quality education with the competent hands that were put in place by the Yuguda administration.
Isiaku boasted that the college paraded good infrastructure including well-stock library that is making it one of the best in the training of teachers in the country.
He used the occasion to call on the state government not to relent in its efforts to move education inthe state to the next level.
