firm sensitises students on digital migration
In its effort to ensure that young Nigerians, especially secondary school students understand the importance of digital migration, StarTimes is supporting Young Scholar’s TV Show, an educative television programme with an essay competition, tagged: “Digital migration and me.”
The Public Relations Manager of the NTA-Star Network, Irete Anetor who disclosed this in a release, explained that the support by the StarTimes was to sensitise and encourage children and young adults alike to have better insight into what the digital migration process is all about and its impacts on viewers.
The producers of Young Scholars TV Show, Mr. Michael Lestat from R-Wells Media on his part, added that the essay competition would equally inspire participants on digital migration as well as using the experiences gained in the process to their daily activities.
He said interested participants who must be between ages 12 and 18 years and members of Young Scholars Club would have to send their entries online to rwellsmedia@ yahoo.com.
