The joint Admissions and Matriculation
Board (JAMB ) has condemned the invasion of its Kogi State office by
the Nigerian and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC).
The Board also said that the private
security outfit named SPITEC, engaged to protect its office and environs
was duely registered with Coperate Affairs Commissions (CAC) and
Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) wondering what
necessitated the unwarranted attack and hostility.
A statement signed by the board’s Public Relations Officer, Fabian Benjamin said JAMB registrar ‘Dibu Ojerinde expressed strong reservations for the action despite the cordial and existing relationship with the Corps.
He called for the immediate investigation to ascertain the reason for the invasion, with a view to bringing the perpetrators of the dastardly act to book.
