A concern issue about post-UTME

It is essential in most universities in Nigeria for candidates seeking for admission to sit for the post-unified tertiary matriculation examination in their universities of choice.

This is done to ensure that students who will be admitted into the universities are qualified.
But the key issue is that sometimes the number of forms sold to students sitting for the post-UTME is more than the number of students that the institutions required.
However, if equilibrium can be ensured between the number of post-UTME forms on sale and the number of students to be admitted, the practice can be said to be good for the education system of the country.
