The union, in a letter dated August 1, 2014 and addressed to the Chairman, LASU, Governing Council, Olabode Agusto, said the association took the decision at its congress, convinced that the management was ready to meet its demands, especially those bordering on promotion.

The union, however, requested for the immediate release of the pending June and July salaries of its members, which was stopped as a result of the industrial action.
