Schools tasked on digital development
The Managing Director, Sunnyytee Computer Services, Lagos, Mr. Emmanuel Okereke has said there was need for both private and public schools in the country to make use of applications that will help them digitally in their management and administrative works.
He said such would make them relevant in the fast technology growing world.
Okereke made the observation during the presentation of e-report as a domain developed by a teacher at the Lagos State Model College, Kakon, Badagry, Mr. Sunday Amosu, in collaboration with the company last week. Pointing out the features of the report, he said it was quick, easy to setup and mobile friendly.
He stressed that the users have the opportunity of using Android, Blackberry or iphone and ipad devices as the components of the page would be laid out specially to fit in with the device screen.
He noted that Lagos State Model School, Kakon and Ajara Senior Grammar School, both in Badagry have been using the domain which will display students’ profile with their respective scores since two years ago.
He urged other schools to key into it.
